THE REPAIR STEM CELL INSTITUTE EXPANDS ITS SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE IN THE FIELD OF STEM CELL TREATMENT
Release date: 2/19/2014

Dallas, Texas, U.S. – [Date] – The Repair Stem Cells Institute, the world’s only stem cell patients’ advocacy group, announces its new Facebook and Twitter sites. The new social media sites complement RSCI’s website (
www.repairstemcells.com) and blog site (
www.donrmargolis.com) to make it much easier for people to seek and obtain stem cell treatment. RSCI can be found on Facebook at

A recent study by The National Center for Biotechnology Information, U.S. National Library of Medicine of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, U.S., noted that “healthcare organizations, clinicians and patients can benefit from the use of social media” and that effective social media strategy can be used to accomplish health care goals in four broad areas: communications, information sharing, clinical outcomes and speed of innovation. These benefits and goals are well-suited to the Repair Stem Cells Institute’s mission to Educate, Advocate, and Empower people to make educated choices about their medical conditions and treatments in order to lead longer and more fulfilling lives.
Facebook is the world’s second most frequented website, with nearly 1.9 billion monthly active users, nearly 80% of which come from outside the U.S. and Canada. In the U.S. alone, 71% of online adults use Facebook, 63% of who visit the site at least once a day.
Currently, adult stem cell treatment is being used to help patients recover from over 150 debilitating chronic conditions previously thought to be untreatable, including the “Big Three” – Heart Disease, Diabetes, and Cancer -- as well as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Spinal Cord Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Renal Failure, Arthritis, Autism, and even breast enhancement. A full list of diseases stem cells can help can be found on the RSCI website. To date, commercial stem cell treatments have been used by over 30,000 patients with a more than 65% success rate.
RSCI partners with several international stem cell treatment centers where physicians meet the highest global standards and offer the safest and most effective treatments. Stem cell success stories abound and RSCI invites the public to submit accounts of their experiences with stem treatment to
www.facebook.com/repairstemcells and
@repairstem.
If you would like to know if stem cell treatment is suitable for you or a loved one, a no obligation Treatment Information Request form is available on the RSCI website.
